Here’s a simple exerciseYoga Exercise - Hand Clenching:

“Mushtika Bandhana is the Indian translation for Hand Clenching. This yoga exercise is good for the hands and wrist which are areas commonly affected by Arthritis, especially osteoarthritis. “

in addition to the hand clenching exercise, try lifting hand weights. However, do make sure that you start with light weights, and only do a few repetitions until you get used to the feeling of the weights.
